It is such a good way to have a look on the city of Girona: this place is a brain teaser for photographs, as it is full of contrasts in her deep streets and hidden buildings. The system of camera obscura seem to me appropriate to sublimate this kind of light and atmosphere. Congratulations, Robin ! Jean - Girona
very nice-looking web site, hermano. i appreciate the technical achievement of the pinhole cameras -- the results are certainly atmospheric, if a little too claustrophobic for my taste. what's wrong with a nice holiday snap of the beach with a disposable camera? eeee, y'are simple.
In 2008, I visited the Catalan town of Cadaques, on the Costa Brava. I spent 5 days experimenting with photography, using homemade pinhole cameras. I photographed the interior of an old cottage, La Casa Secreto. The following year I visited the medieval town of Girona. I met the Catalan painter Isidro Vicens. I photographed the Old Town, with its narrow passages, steps and doorways.
